This Privacy Notice provides information about the processing of personal data at Docspider S.A., in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 – General Data Protection Act (LGPD). Which personal data is collected?

To enable the execution of our platform's features, we only require the following data: (a) name; (b) telephone number; and (c) email address.

When you contact us via the “Contact Us” tab, we will collect the following data in order to provide customer service: (a) name; (b) email address; (c) telephone number; and (d) the information you enter in the message field.

We emphasize that we do not require sensitive personal data to provide our services and ask that you refrain from sending such information.

Docspider S.A. may request the above information if the user contacts us via WhatsApp.

You can apply for job openings at Docspider S.A. through the “Work with Us” tab, where we collect the following information: (a) name; (b) email address; (c) telephone number; and (d) the information you enter in the message field.

We emphasize that we do not require sensitive personal data to carry out the recruitment and selection process and ask that you refrain from sending such information.

We send you content of interest when you voluntarily provide your name and email address.

We also collect browsing data, such as (a) IP address; (b) geolocation; (c) web tracking.

For what purpose is the information processed?

We will use the data for the following purposes:

  1. Identify the registered user and their activities on the websites and platforms;
  2. Enable the execution of our contracts, complying with contractual and legal obligations;
  3. Enable the availability and execution of our systems and platforms for the customer/user;
  4. Provide clarifications and answer any questions, providing customer service;
  5. Promote products and services, providing content of interest to the user and establishing customer relationships;
  6. Carry out the recruitment and selection process;
  7. Ensure the safety of the establishment and other personnel;
  8. Study user interaction with our online media and improve our relevance in search engines, as well as develop improvements in our channels such as accessibility, content enhancement, or new features.

How long is the information stored?

Website access logs are stored for at least 6 months, in accordance with the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.

Personal information will be stored in the best possible way until the purposes set forth in this Notice are achieved.

We will store data related to sending content of interest (mail marketing) until you object to its processing. Therefore, you can unsubscribe from the list using the link at the end of our emails or through our specific channel.

Is the data shared with third parties?

We will only share your personal data in the following circumstances:

  1. business succession, such as mergers, acquisitions, and incorporations, maintaining the minimum requirements for security and legitimacy.
  2. contracting data processing services from third parties (operators), such as data hosting, processing systems (cloud computing services), information technology consulting, advertising and marketing services, credit (financial) billing services, and legal advisory services.

These third parties will have no direct interest in the information and will always act under our guidance.

We are required by law to share personal data in the event of an order from a judicial, police, or administrative authority.

Docspider S.A. prioritizes the confidentiality and integrity of the information that is processed for the provision of our services. Therefore, we recognize the importance of keeping data secure and, to this end, we have adopted appropriate technical and managerial measures to protect it, such as restricting access to authorized persons; personal and non-transferable login and password; antivirus software; confidentiality agreements signed by employees; among others.
